The position of Maintenance Foreman  is a supervisory position responsible for Maintenance Roustabouts work.  One can expect to earn in the region of $59,000 to $65,000.

The main responsibilities will include:-

.
•    Keeping the pipe deck clean
•    Supervising the crane when loads are moved aboard
•    Assisting roustabout when required.

As a team leader, you should have both a preventative as well as an ongoing maintenance program.

•    Repair and maintenance of equipment
•    Maintaining supplies and ensuring requisitions are deal with correctly and approved properly
•    Working with vendors, contractors and suppliers
•    Installing new equipment
•    Ensure work safety is upheld

•    A strong leadership ability,
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Degree in mechanics is extremely useful
•    Physical strength
•    The ability to multitask.
