Rig Safety & Training Co-ordinator (RSTC) is considered one of the best paid positions in relation to the amount of work involved and pays around $80,000

PREREQUISITES / QUALIFICATIONS:

•    High school diploma or equivalent. Work experience and demonstrated ability of oral and written communications which may be substituted in lieu of formal education.
•    Work experience on an offshore installation. Consideration shall be given to candidates with QHSE experience in associated industries.
•    Proficiency in written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively with non-English and English speaking crews on issues related to QHSE.
•    Basic computer skills.

The duties include ensure a safe environment for the crew including mentoring and training.  Dealing with systems and processes and utilizing the rules of task planning.
